Google drive not downloading wrong codec mp4

Apr 18, 2019 I started using Drive last June and have had this problem ever since - none I am able to view images, but not VIDEOS. website, I have tried downloading a google drive video and then uploading it to see if it works - it still doesn't play. "Unable to process" is the error I frequently get from Google Drive
