Apparently I'm supposed to replace the binaries for MEIUTIM, but the mod instructions don't actually tell me what that means and this is the first time I've ever modded a PC game. Help please?

Hi I'm trying to play ME1 (PC) using ps4 controller (with inputmapper emulator and ME1 controller mod). Can't get past start screen i.e can't find a button press on controller that will get me into game menu. Have played game with xbox controller so I know it should work. Long story short, I just got better with mouse and keyboard and enjoy the game just as much. In the end its better, cause you don't have to constantly pause to access abilities since ME1 controller only gave you 1 hotkey and even 2 and 3, just 3 hotkeys. It defnatly helps to, to get a gaming mouse with a couple extra buttons at least. Theres So, modded ME1 on the PC, installed ALOT and MEIUTIM and the controller mod. thanks for the quick reply. i use steam. but the problem is not an issue with the mod itself, because i just cant seem to download it from the page. everytime i try do download it the page tells me i need to log in, although i am logged in thats why i am searching another platform to download from.
